Can You Bill ICBC Directly?
Currently, we are NOT accepting new ICBC patients. If you have a claim with ICBC, and you are a new patient with us, you will be required to pay the full cost of your appointment. An email copy of your paid receipt will be provided which you can submit to your ICBC Claims Adjuster for reimbursement.

If your relationship with ICBC has been reinstated, the following information is required prior to booking an appointment:
-
ICBC Claim Number:
-
Full Name:
-
Date of Birth: (DD/MM/YYYY)
-
Email:
-
Phone Number:
-
Accident Date: (DD/MM/YYYY) Claim End Date: (DD/MM/YYYY)

If we are missing information and unable to submit your ICBC claim, we will require you to pay the FULL treatment amount.

It’s important to note that our ICBC direct billing is a courtesy service and not a guarantee that all direct billings will be approved or paid by ICBC. It remains the patients responsibility to pay for all unpaid treatments should ICBC direct billing problems occur. Patients will need to contact ICBC and speak directly with their adjuster to collect these payments.

What If I Need More Than 12 Treatments?
If further treatments are required your Therapist will contact your Customer Claims Specialist (adjuster) to seek approval for additional treatments. As long as you are diligent in following your personalized treatment plan established by our healthcare team, and there is a legitimate need for additional treatments, ICBC may approve the request.
