ICBC Claims & Treatment Pricing
We are NOT accepting NEW ICBC patients at this time.
If you have an ICBC Claim:
Thank you for considering our services for your ICBC claim. However, we regret to inform you that we are not currently accepting any new ICBC claim patients. If you still wish to book an appointment with one our Registered Massage Therapists, please note that you will have to pay for the full cost of your appointment. We will not be able to submit your treatment invoice towards your ICBC claim on your behalf, nor will our invoice be valid towards your ICBC claim.
We can provide a copy of your paid receipt which will be emailed to you directly. If you have any other extended health benefits or insurance, you may use this receipt to submit to them for reimbursement.

For our existing ICBC Patients:
​It is important to note that the ICBC direct billing is a courtesy service and not a guarantee that all direct billings will be approved or paid by ICBC. It remains the patient's responsibility to pay for all unpaid treatments should ICBC not approve your Treatments with us. Patients will need to contact ICBC and speak with their Claims Adjuster directly to collect these payments.

If you require further Massage Therapy, please contact your Lawyer or ICBC Claims Adjuster to seek approval for additional treatments.
