REFUND POLICY

 

We will be happy to refund your product purchase within 30 days of purchase.  Please see below for refund conditions and exclusions:

Product Refunds 

  • Within 30 days of purchase

  • Damaged/defective ~ if opened ~ must be ¾ full or more

  • Skin irritations ~ if opened ~ must be ¾ full or more

  • Unopened ~ in original new condition packaging

  • To original payment type if refund

  • Verify with original receipt

Not Accepted:

  • Products purchased over the 30 days of purchase date

  • Special orders

  • Gift Certificates 

  • Nail polish

  • Lash Lengthening Serums

  • Mascara

  • Used Meadowfoam Products 

  • Used Footlogix Products

  • Merben Body Brushes

  • Any Sale items 

Services: For any services we cannot accept any refund request, all services (includes spa packages) purchased, booked or completed services are final and non-refundable. 

Promotional or Special Offer Items: On Sale and Special offers items and services are non-refundable; Rescheduling of appointment can only be done before 24 Hours.

Gift Vouchers, Gift Certificates and Packages: Unfortunately we cannot refund on Gift Vouchers or Gift Certificates, Spa Packages, On Sale or Special offers, all sales are final and non-refundable. 

Upon review of refund request we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded by etransfer or a credit of the amount can be applied to your Bliss account.

No Show / Same day Cancellation: All no-show appointments are non-refundable. Same day cancellations are non-refundable.
