What you need to know before your visit

Clients are asked to stay home when feeling ill with any COVID -19 symptoms and not book appointments until feeling better.  The symptoms of COVID-19 are similar to other respiratory illnesses including the flu and common cold. They include: ​

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Clients will be sent a pre-screening form to be completed before coming to their appointments.

  2. Clients may be contacted before their scheduled appointment to confirm their health status.

  3. Clients will be required to immediately wash their hands upon entry and exiting after their appointment.

  4. Clients are requested to wear their own mask or you can purchase one for $2.

  5. Appointment times will be staggered to allow for cleaning in between appointments & physical distancing.

  6. Clients will be asked to arrive alone.  Do not bring anyone other than yourself to your appointment.  This includes friends, spouses, family members and children.  They will be asked to leave and wait outside.

  7. Please, keep talking to a minimum while getting any services around the face. (waxing/facials/brow treatments, massage, etc.)

  8. Clients will be asked to leave any extra personal belongings or shopping bags in their vehicle or at home.

Effective March 21, 2020 - Update FROM THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

"Henry said the ordered closure of personal service businesses was meant as an additional measure to encourage social distancing, explaining personal contact cannot be avoided in these establishments.

“I know most of these businesses have closed, but it’s come to my attention that there is still confusion out there about whether or not they should be open,” she said."

The appointment time you booked is reserved just for you.   We appreciate you arriving a few minutes before your appointment.   A late arrival or missed appointment leaves a hole in our schedule that could have been filled by another guest.  Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.  Missed appointments will be charged at the full cost of your booked treatment(s).
