Welcome to the Booking and Cancellation Policy:

 

When booking a Cosmetic Tattoo procedure, this time is reserved just for you.  If this is your first visit to Urban Bliss Wellness Spa, we may call you to provide a deposit to hold your spot.  This deposit will be applied towards the price of your Tattooing service.   24 hours notice for any cancellations, changes or rescheduling is required.  Guests who do not provide 24hr notice or miss their booked appointment will loose the deposit.

 

If you have booked any touch up procedure, this time has been reserved just for you.  Guests who do not provide 24hr notice or miss their booked appointment, will be charged a "no-show fee".

 

In respect to everyone's schedule, please arrive on time for your appointment.  If you are more then 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and the above fees will apply.

 

If you have received an Urban Bliss Gift Certificate, and you miss your booked appointment, the full value of the services you booked will be redeemed from your Gift Certificate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

24 hour notice is required BY PHONE ONLY so we can contact those on our wait list in time to fill your spot. 

Please NO EMAIL/OR TEXT; we may not receive your message in time to process your request.

The appointment time you booked is reserved just for you.   We appreciate you arriving a few minutes before your appointment.   A late arrival or missed appointment leaves a hole in our schedule that could have been filled by another guest.  Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.  Missed appointments will be charged at the full cost of your booked treatment(s).  

If you have received an Urban Bliss Gift Card or Certificate this same policies apply.
