I wanted to say Clara, that I am totally amazed that it has been 3 weeks since
I got my legs waxed and they have hardly grown in - I am still wearing skirts and Capris and haven't shaved!!!!!!!!!!!! Why did I wait so long? What can we wax next?!!!!!! No, probably not!!!!!! You are amazing. See you next week.

“Hi Clara, I hope you had a good weekend...I had a very relaxing one, especially after that wonderful facial. I really enjoyed it, and my skin looks excellent! Previously to becoming a customer of Urban Bliss Esthetics, I had been attending a major
store that offered facials. I became disillusioned when it became apparent that the main focus was not me, but selling me products whether or not I required them.
I met Clara and attended her spa on a promotion (a really great one I might add). What a surprise - the focus was on me and my needs! Not only is the atmosphere relaxing, Clara offers the thing most lacking in other spas - ONE ON ONE ATTENTION. (A marvelous concept)!!!!! For whatever time you are there, you are her only focus. Not only does Clara have a thorough knowledge of her procedures (doesn't have to read the steps for a facial out of a book while she is performing one) and of esthetics, she has a marvelous charm and wit which makes time at the spa a most enjoyable and memorable experience.
